It's interesting that when we talk about God as The Father, we have to undoubtedly talk about God as a protector. God is a protector and the very best one at that.

God has Determined To Protect Us

Luke 10:18-20  18 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.20 Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.

Many people, in their prayer points, pray for God's protection because He has determined to protect us so that they can be safe from harm in this world.

We know the Scripture indeed affirms that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in times of trouble. And so in this time, when we look to the Lord for protection, it's important to understand that his righteous right hand shall uphold us and we can be assured, by faith, that we are secure in the times of trouble for we are in his pavilion, in his shelter, in His powerful arms. Divine protection comes with the package of salvation as the Lord wants to ensure that we are able to do what He has called us to do effectively, without being taken out or harmed before we're able to accomplish what he has mandated for us. And so may the peace of the Lord be always with you, and may you enjoy divine protection from God's heavenly kingdom, in Jesus' mighty Name. Amen.

There's a scripture in Isaiah that says that no weapon formed against you shall prosper. And this, of course, is the heritage of the servants of the Lord.

And so it's included in the package that God will protect you from enemies seen and unseen. And so, when one receives the eternal life of God by becoming born again but putting his or her trust in the Lord Jesus Christ, one receives the protection package of God.

We Have A Protection Package From God

This protection package involves protection from demonic power.

This involves protection from untimely death.

This involves protection from freak accidents, as we see from Psalm 91 that He will give His angels charge over us to keep us in all of our ways. And so the protection that God gives is all-inclusive.

This is done in large part by the work of the Holy Spirit, Who is our helper according to the Scriptures.

Angels are also involved as we know in or protection from God.
