Is it right for a woman to head a church? The answer to that is no, it is not right for the woman to head a church because the head of the church, which is the Lord's body is the Lord Himself.
The body doesn't lead the head, neither does the Church lead the Lord Jesus Christ. And since the Body can't lead the Lord, neither can a woman lead the man in the House of God.
A woman cannot head a church for that is to put on what pertains to a man.

The woman is referred to as the body, the man is the head of the woman according to 1 Corinthians 11.
So for a woman to head a church is to take the role of the man in the house of God, which is an abomination in the sight of God according to Deuteronomy 22:5.
A lot of the times, we fail to realize that worshiping God is not only in spirit, but it's also in truth. Paul shares that the man leading is not particularly the Spiritual aspect of worship, but it is in the Truth category of worship. The Apostle Paul shares with us that this is a true saying in 1 Timothy 3:1. In other words, this aspect of worship is in the category of truth.
God desires The Spiritual Aspect as well as the Truth Aspect of Worship
Worship entails both spiritual things and truth things. And in this regard of truth, the Apostle Paul says that the man is to be the overseer. Why? Because this is how God designed it, even from the beginning. Why is this? To represent Christ and the Church.
God not only desires the spiritual aspect of worship, but also the truth side of worship, which a lot of people forget about when they talk about worship and service in the house of God.
