Thought for the day: Holy oil terminates evil oil.
Message:
One of the privileges enjoyed by David was the oil of God in his life, this made him become the best in his generation. We refer to him even in this generation. When you are anointed with holy oil, the Lord fights even future battles on your behalf.
Who is David?:
· He was God’s favourite.
· He was blessed beyond all in his generation.
· He carried a generational blessing (uncommon blessings)
· He was a worshiper.
· He understood the mind of God.
· He was a man of sacrifice.
· He had an unbroken covenant with God.
I need to talk about these verse from Psalm 89:
22 The enemy shall not exact upon him; nor the son of wickedness afflict him.
23 And I will beat down his foes before his face, and plague them that hate him.
24 But my faithfulness and my mercy shall be with him: and in my name shall his horn be exalted.
25 I will set his hand also in the sea, and his right hand in the rivers.
What a privilege it is to be anointed with this kind of grace. What a privilege for God himself to start fighting your battle and what a privilege it is for God to covenant your lifting with His name. This is the level that David was on, even when he was physically absent, God was fighting for him.
I command fresh grace to come on you.
I command every evil oil to be terminated.
I decree a new and fresh anointing on you right now.
Every trap that holds you down is broken now.
Receive your anointing for greatness in Jesus' name.
My Counsel
Ø Desire higher anointing.
Ø Learn from David and be a man of sacrifice.
Ø Be committed to whatever you are doing and trust God for breakthrough.
Declaration
Father thank you, for your covenant over David. I desire much more to be released upon me. Let your grace be released for greater exploits in Jesus' name. Thank you Jesus.
